Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS

Forms of Payment

GO with JV only accepts major credit/debit cards listed on registration forms or the invoice I received immediately following the payment of my deposit. 

Credit Card Payments

GO with JV uses third party payment processing companies (e.g., Jotforms, Stripe, Paypal, etc.) to process credit card charges. This allows me to make payments with any major credit/debit cards.

I understand this payment is for the services described. I authorize GO with JV to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this payment/registration form for the noted amount on the noted date. I confirm that the information for the credit card and billing address is complete and accurate.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute this payment with my credit card company or financial institution, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this payment/registration form.

Monthly Payments

I understand that if I would like to make monthly payments, I will need to first pay the minimum deposit associated with my package listed on the payment/registration form. My deposit will be deducted from my total balance due. After paying my deposit, I understand I will receive an email at the address I provided on the payment/registration form with my remaining balance and monthly payment details.

Late Payments

I agree to be charged a $10 late fee each time I miss a monthly payment. 

I acknowledge and agree that missing three consecutive payments will result in my GO with JV experience being canceled. I understand and agree that my refund options will be governed by the refund policy associated with this associated package.

Cancellations

I understand that I need to provide a 30 day written notice to cancel my GO with JV experience.

Refunds

I understand that some experiences will require a no-refund policy. These terms will be listed on the payment/registration form and prior to me making any payments. When booking GO with JV experiences, I acknowledge and agree that payments I make to GO with JV will be non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because GO with JV has contractual agreements with experience vendors that will not allow me to obtain any refunds. 

Chargebacks

If I am not happy with the service I received for any reason, I agree not to file a chargeback with my credit or debit card before I have given GO with JV an opportunity to address the matter. My satisfaction is very important to the company and the company strives to stand behind their products and services. GO with JV will work to address any issue that I might have.  By signing this agreement or booking an experience with GO with JV, I agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience. In other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid the cancellation and refund policy to which I agree by signing this agreement. GO with JV views such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. GO with JV will dispute any chargeback and reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should the company win any chargeback that I initiate, I agree to reimburse the company for its attorney’s fees, time, costs and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.

PRICING

I understand prices do not include items of a personal nature such as clothing, wines, water, beverages, food (other than where clearly specified), or travel insurance unless specifically indicated in the package inclusion.

I understand prices are correct at the time of publication. However, as suppliers’ availability or capacity changes, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, GO with JV reserves the right to update costs and re-invoice for the correct price or service and if the increase is more than 10% of the total trip cost, a full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay the increase, provided GO with JV receives written cancellation from passengers within 7 days of the price increase notification.

RESERVATIONS

I understand a booking is not accepted, and there is no contract for services between us, until the required deposit is paid and I receive written confirmation from GO with JV. GO with JV reserves the right to treat any reservation that is not fully paid according to the reservation and payment terms as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms in this agreement.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes must be made in writing by emailing 

guest@gowithjv.com  or via text at 708-517-0506.

IDENTIFICATION

In cases of travel, I understand it is my responsibility to make reservations in the full name that is listed on my government document I will use for travel. 

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

GO with JV may take photographs or videos of trips and by proceeding with this agreement, I grant GO with JV permission to do so for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to me or any other guests.

ITINERARY

Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only for guidance. Some itineraries may have early morning start times to accommodate alternative factors including but not limited to weather. 

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled GO with JV experience components. Arriving late may be considered a “no show” in which case I will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s). GO with JV cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. I may find that I am traveling with a sizable group or only with my companions. In most cases, services, however, will remain constant unless otherwise stated.

Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, there may be last- minute changes, sometimes after arrival, that affect the sequences of the experience, location visited and/or accommodations. Therefore, GO with JV reserves the right to adjust the sequences of events and/or substitute any accommodations with others of similar category. 

Venues regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the views and limit amenities. GO with JV experiences may not always be canceled due to renovations; however, GO with JV will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. 

GO with JV itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for my leisure time. These suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration.

TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES

In order to fully enjoy my GO with JV experience, I understand that I should select an experience that is suitable to my physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including guests with physical disabilities, sight and hearing impairments, sensory sensitivities, etc. are required to notify GO with JV prior to reservation for review.

Additionally, I understand that if I need additional assistance, I must secure this on my own and be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing the services I need. Tour managers, guides and drivers, or other tour or hotel personnel are not always able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, I must be able to understand and follow the instructions given by the tour director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for my personal safety. I understand GO with JV reserves the right to restrict participation or remove individuals from a tour if prior notification was not provided; and/or when continued participation would significantly impact the services to be provided to me or other travelers. 

WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical, or mental condition that would impair my ability to participate in this experience or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize GO with JV or my local ground handler or personnel to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without further consent.

CIVIC SOLIDARITY

GO with JV upholds a standard of safety and respect for all its guests. To ensure safety and respect, I understand GO with JV reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group and leads to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. This includes but is not limited to individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs; individuals who exhibit behavior that is disrespectful, belligerent, combative or violent toward group hosts, other group members, and service supplier staff. I understand and agree that I will incur any and all expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans, or arrangements to return home, and that all unused services will not be refunded.

UNEXPECTED AND UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS (Force Majeure)

“Force Majeure” means any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, pandemic, epidemic, diseases and viruses that are known, unknown or novel (including any spread thereof), foodborne, airborne, and communicable illnesses and disease, government intervention of any kind that affect domestic and/or international travel, government restrictions or warnings, diplomatic or health organization (e.g., World Health Organization) warnings, border closings, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

If GO with JV is affected by Force Majeure, the company, if practicable, will notify me of the nature and extent thereof. 

I understand that GO with JV reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, postpone or reschedule any GO with JV experience without prior notice for the safety and/or comfort of GO with JV participants. GO with JV shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to me, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder as a result of any actions that it takes or does not take under this section and under this Agreement.

Refunds due to Force Majeure

I acknowledge that the amenities, accommodations, transportation, route, schedule, and itinerary may change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events, which may include mechanical breakdown, transportation cancellations, illness, strikes, political disputes, weather, border crossing problems, and other unforeseeable factors. If, prior to departure, the company makes a significant change because of a problem with a supplier (e.g., bankruptcy), the company will, as soon as reasonably possible, notify me of available alternatives.

Any changes that the company makes may require a supplemental payment from me. GO with JV will advise me in the event such a payment is required.

Regarding civil unrest, once the company has investigated the prevailing situation as it deems fit, it shall remain in the sole discretion of GO with JV whether to proceed with the experience. If GO with JV is of the reasonable opinion that the experience may proceed, no refund will be payable to me and the cancellation provisions of this agreement shall apply.

GO with JV may, in its discretion without any requirement that it does so, use reasonable endeavors to reimburse me of any payments that I have made reduced by any and all non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees and funds that the company has paid to suppliers and other third parties to provide components of my GO with JV experience. GO with JV’s administration costs in planning my GO with JV experience are not refundable because of the work involved in planning, booking and managing my itinerary from the moment I submitted my reservation. I understand that I cannot recuperate these funds, again because the time and materials were already invested in the GO with JV experience.

In the uncommon situation where Force Majeure events prevent, significantly hinder, renders it difficult, or makes it impossible for GO with JV or its suppliers to provide the services including but not limited to my GO with JV experience, GO with JV and/or its suppliers shall be entitled to, in its sole and absolute discretion, take one or more of the following steps: vary, reschedule, postpone, cancel any itinerary or arrangement, including experience dates and the entire experience itself.

I understand refunds may not be provided if GO with JV takes any of the preceding actions due to Force Majeure circumstances, unless and to the extent it is able to obtain any refunds from its suppliers. Further, it is not assured that GO with JV would easily be able to receive any refunds from its suppliers once it forwarded my payments to them.  Nor will GO with JV be able to pay me any compensation, costs or expenses I incur as a result. GO with JV will advise me if it is able to obtain any refunds from its suppliers in a Force Majeure situation.

If I choose to cancel my experience, the standard cancellation terms that govern when a traveler cancels apply.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

I understand that the sole remedy for any default by GO with JV arising under this Agreement shall be the return of the paid experience cost. 

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, GO with JV shall not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages arising out of this agreement, including lost profits, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if GO with JV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

I expressly waive any right I may have to recover such damages.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All GO with JV participants must have adequate medical insurance to cover any medical emergencies or issues that might arise during their experience. GO with JV recommends Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Travel Interruptions, Lost Baggage, Delays, Medical, and more. I understand that travel insurance is optional and can be purchased 

HERE

I understand and agree that should I choose not to purchase travel insurance, I will not be protecting my travel-related experience whatsoever through insurance and I will be fully responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred in connection with my trip, including those relating to trip cancellation or interruption, loss or theft of personal property, medical expenses, and more.

EXTERNAL WEBSITES

GO with JV website, communications and agreements may contain hyperlinks to other websites operated by parties other than GO with JV. I understand such hyperlinks are provided for my reference only and that GO with JV does not control such websites and is not responsible for the contents.

BINDING ARBITRATION

This clause mandates that disputes be resolved via arbitration, granting the arbitrator sole authority, while both parties relinquish the possibility of a conventional jury trial. I understand and agree to these terms.

INDEMNIFICATION AND VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

This agreement states that the individual signing this document and their accompanying guests (including minors) releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless GO with JV and various parties (including officers, officials, agents, employees, sponsors, and others) from any claims, losses, or liability related to injury, disability, death, or property damage. The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement constitute the entire understanding between the individual signing this document and their accompanying guests (including minors) and GO with JV regarding GO with JV experience bookings, reservations, and tours. I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions, and fully understand its contents. I understand and agree that by booking a tour, paying a deposit, or signing the agreement, I voluntarily accept all terms on my own behalf and on behalf of others listed in the GO with JV experience reservation/booking, including minors, and authorize GO with JV to perform services for each person included in the GO with JV experience reservation/booking.
